The European Research Infrastructure on Highly Pathogenic Agents (ERINHA AISBL) is a distributed infrastructure aiming to enhance European preparedness and research response in tackling highly infectious emerging and reemerging diseases by reinforcing capacities for the study of RG-4 and unknown pathogens.

It seeks to give access to ERINHA RI members’ research facilities to all interested scientists with a relevant research project by establishing a pan-European distributed Research Infrastructure and supporting cutting-edge research into the pathogenesis of human diseases caused by the most dangerous microorganisms as well as applied research to develop new therapeutic techniques, diagnostic tools and prophylactics.

ERINHA’s legal entity – International Non-Profit Association was set up by its founding members in July 2017 in Belgium with is legal address in Brussels. Since this date ERINHA entered into implementation phase which will last one year, after which the European research infrastructure aims to be fully operational.

 

The access to the ERINHA’s member research facilities and expertise is provided through the Central Coordinating Unit (CCU), hosted in Paris at Inserm HQs scientific coordinator of ERINHA preparatory phases and ERINHA AISBL hosting organization.

The CCU is the access point for external users and funding bodies, it shall coordinate the research programmes, shall ensure the scientific follow-up of projects, and shall provide all support functions for the Association's operation and functioning: administrative management, financial and HR support, communication and external relations etc.

The CCU is in charge of the daily administration and bookkeeping of the Association (convening of meetings, finance reporting, etc.) and assisting the ERINHA’s Director General. It aims to provide all relevant services to Members and will ensure common knowledge and know how management under the supervision of the ERINHA’s Director General and decision-making bodies.

ERINHA AISBL is looking to hire a Scientific Project Manager to join its Central Coordinating Unit Office in Paris, France.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Scientific Project Manager you will be responsible for ERINHA research programmes management and reporting. You will also largely contribute to ERINHA project proposals writing and editing.
