The Department of Molecular Biology & Genetics of Democritus University of Thrace organizes the Master’s Program (M.Sc.) entitled “APPLIED BIOINFORMATICS – BIOLOGICAL DATA ANALYSIS” and invites interested candidates to submit their applications for the academic year 2026–2027, with an application deadline of September 30, 2026.
The objective of the Master’s Program is postgraduate education through interdisciplinary approaches and practical training in the design and implementation of tools and workflows in the fields of Applied Bioinformatics, focusing on Molecular Biology and Genetics, as well as the analysis of data generated through research in these areas. The Program aims to identify, support, and provide in-depth training to scientists, with the ultimate goal of fostering careers in Applied Bioinformatics and Biological Data Analysis, particularly in the cutting-edge fields covered by these disciplines.
